Lake Austin Spa Resort has been consistently ranked a top ten resort spa for the past ten years in both Condé Nast Traveler and Travel + Leisure magazines. The 79-room Springs Resort in Pagosa Springs Colorado, recently made their debut onto the CNT 2021 Readers’ Choice Awards as a Top Ten Resort in Colorado as well as Best Hot Spring in Organic Spa magazine.

Darlene Fiske worked on-site as the Director of Sales & Marketing for Lake Austin Spa Resort where she was responsible for sales and marketing efforts targeting the top 1% of affluent consumers in the United States. She has served on the marketing task force for the International Spa Association, is currently on the Women in Leadership committee for the Global Wellness Institute, has spoken at industry conferences and has written for a variety of publications including FathomAway, Organic Spa, Spa Opportunities and Forbes. Respected by the country’s top media professionals, Fiske’s clients have enjoyed enormous exposure in leading lifestyle publications and she has been referred to as the “Unicorn PR Gal” by the press.

Kim Marshall’s experience in marketing & PR includes working as a consultant and Executive Committee member for the launch of two of the most acclaimed resorts in the history of Hawaii, the 1,200 room Hyatt Waikoloa & the 700-room Grand Wailea Resort & Spa. After 10 years of corporate in-house marketing, she founded The Marshall Plan in 1995 and became the first hospitality and lifestyle PR firm to specialize in the growing spa market.

Positioned as a Lifestyle Trend Expert, Kim has spoken around the country on marketing; has been quoted in national magazines & newspapers such as Travel + Leisure, Condé Nast Traveler and Travel Weekly and has appeared on Fox TV, QVC, Access Hollywood and her own 30-minute newsmagazine show called The Spa Life that she developed for Fox’s Health Network.

Kim has consulted for Fortune 500 companies including: Coca-Cola, Proctor & Gamble and Walgreens. The original public relations & branding representative for ISPA, the spa industry’s largest trade organization, Marshall has also served on the Board of the Green Spa Network; is one of 83 Global Wellness Day Ambassadors from around the world  and in 2019 began Exec Producing and Hosting the Global Wellness Summit Podcast and has regularly guest-hosted Murad’s Well Connected Podcast. 


About Peggy 

S’Well’s LaunchPad graphic facilitator and advisor, Peggy Wynne Borgman, was trained by the world-renowned creator of Graphic Facilitation and the father of Visual Meetings, David Sibbett. The techniques that he pioneered have been used in many of the world’s top companies like Apple, National Semiconductor, HP, Nike, Visa, etc.   
She is a graduate of Hospitality Quotient® (HQ) the hospitality education arm of Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group. Borgman founded Wynne Business Consulting and Education, specializing in spa and wellness businesses and has been a top-rated educator at trade events such as ISPA, SpaTEC and IECSC. She was named one of the country’s top spa hospitality consultants in the American Spa magazine Professionals’ Choice Awards. 
Her management education clients have included Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Park Hyatt, Shangri-La, Peninsula Hotels and Langham Hotels. Borgman founded and chaired Destination Saratoga, a tourism marketing consortium in Silicon Valley and was later named one of the Top 100 Most Influential Women in Silicon Valley. With extensive experience supporting startups across a range of sectors – especially med spa and wellness spa startups – Peggy recently as served as Community Curator and startup team mentor for founders at a business incubator in Northern Nevada. Earning a degree in Fine Art from UC Santa Cruz, she is also an award-winning plein air painter.
